Strict Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

At Pavi’s Food Products, we strictly comply with FSSAI regulations and Indian Consumer Protection Laws. Due to the perishable and consumable nature of food products, we maintain a Zero-Tolerance Policy against misuse, false claims, and fraudulent returns.

1. NO RETURN ON OPENED / CONSUMED PRODUCTS (STRICT)

Food products CANNOT be returned or refunded once:
* The seal is broken.
* The packet/bottle is opened.
* The product is tasted, used, shared, or consumed (partially or fully).

Partial Consumption:
If a product is partially consumed or used in any form, NO refund, replacement, or compensation will be issued under any circumstances.

Taste & Texture Disclaimer:
Taste, aroma, spice level, crunchiness, hardness, colour, or texture are subjective. Refunds are NOT provided for personal taste preferences or dissatisfaction.

2. NATURAL BREAKAGE DISCLAIMER (FRAGILE SNACK ITEMS)

Traditional snacks such as Murukku, Chips, Mixtures, and Fried Snacks are fragile by nature.
Minor breakage, crumbs, or powder formation during courier transit is normal and unavoidable.
Such natural breakage does NOT qualify as damage or defect.
No refund or replacement will be provided for natural transit breakage.

3. OTP-BASED DELIVERY CONFIRMATION (CRITICAL)

If delivery requires an OTP, sharing the OTP with the courier confirms that the customer has accepted the delivery without raising any objection at the time of delivery.

After OTP confirmation, claims related to external damage, tampered packaging, or missing boxes will NOT be accepted unless supported by a valid unboxing video.

Refusal:
If the outer box looks crushed, torn, wet, or leaking, DO NOT share the OTP and DO NOT accept the parcel.

4. MANDATORY UNBOXING VIDEO (NON-NEGOTIABLE)

To raise any valid claim, a clear, continuous, unedited unboxing video is COMPULSORY.

The video must clearly show:
* Parcel from all sides before opening.
* Shipping label with Name & Order ID.
* Opening of the package without cuts or pauses.
* The issue (if any) clearly visible in the same video.

NO VIDEO = NO REFUND / NO REPLACEMENT.
Photos, screenshots, edited clips, or partial videos will be rejected.

5. ONLY VALID EXCEPTIONS (LIMITED CASES)

Refund or replacement will be considered ONLY IF all conditions are met:
* Product received physically damaged before opening.
* Wrong product delivered.
* Expired product received.

Opened or consumed products are NOT eligible even in these cases.

6. HEALTH, ALLERGY & STORAGE RESPONSIBILITY

We DO NOT accept refunds or compensation based on:
* Stomach upset, digestion issues, acidity.
* Allergic reactions or personal intolerance.
* Any health or medical complaint after consumption

EXPLANATION:


Food products are consumable items, and individual responses to food may vary

based on personal health conditions, allergies, digestion capacity, lifestyle,

and medical history.


All ingredients and allergen-related information are clearly mentioned on the

product label and website. Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient

details and ensuring suitability before consumption.


Once a food product is opened and consumed, it is not possible to verify how it

was stored, handled, or combined with other foods. Hence, health-related

experiences after consumption are subjective and cannot be attributed solely to

the product.


For these reasons, and in compliance with food safety and consumer protection

guidelines, refunds or compensation cannot be provided for health-related or

personal intolerance claims..

Improper Storage:
We are not responsible for spoilage arising due to improper storage after delivery, including exposure to moisture, heat, sunlight, using wet spoons, or unhygienic handling.

Consumption is entirely at the customer’s own risk.

7. REPORTING TIMELINE (STRICT)

Any valid issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Claims raised after 24 hours are automatically rejected.

8. CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order.
A 3% payment gateway fee will be deducted from prepaid refunds.
Once packed or shipped – No cancellation.

9. FAILED DELIVERY & RTO (RETURN TO ORIGIN)

If the package is returned due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, or delivery refusal:

Refund Amount = Order Value – (Forward Shipping + Return Shipping + Packaging Costs)

We DO NOT issue full refunds in RTO cases.

10. FRAUD PREVENTION & BLACKLISTING

Customers found submitting false claims, editing videos/images, or repeatedly misusing refund policies will be permanently blacklisted from future purchases and denied further refunds.

All refund or replacement decisions will be taken after verification, as per this policy and applicable Indian consumer protection laws.

11. POLICY SUPREMACY

This Refund Policy supersedes all prior communications, messages, or representations made via WhatsApp, phone, or social media.
