1. “FRESHNESS FIRST” DISPATCH PROMISE
Processing Time:
Unlike mass-produced brands, we do not stock months-old products. Your order is freshly prepared, packed, and dispatched within 24 – 48 business hours of order confirmation.
Dispatch Days:
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMELINES
We partner with reputed courier services (e.g., DTDC, Delhivery, DHL, Aramex) to ensure timely delivery.
Estimated delivery timelines:
* Kerala & South India: 3 – 5 Business Days
* Rest of India: 5 – 8 Business Days
* Remote / Rural / North-East Areas: 7 – 10 Business Days
* International Orders: 5 – 10 Business Days

3. THIRD-PARTY LOGISTICS DISCLAIMER
Service Partners:
We use third-party logistics partners for order fulfillment. By placing an order, you consent to sharing your shipping details (Name, Address, Phone Number) with courier partners strictly for delivery purposes.
Liability:
Once the shipment is handed over to the courier, delivery timelines and transit are controlled by the courier partner. Pavi’s Food Products shall not be held liable for delays caused by courier operational issues, misrouting, technical failures, or regional disruptions.

4. LOST PACKAGES & INSURANCE
Lost in Transit:
If a shipment is officially confirmed as “LOST” by the courier partner after their internal investigation, we will offer either:
* A full refund, OR
* A fresh replacement shipment
Waiting Period:
Courier confirmation of a “Lost” shipment may take approximately 7–10 business days. No refund or replacement will be processed before official confirmation.

5. ADDRESS CHANGE & NON-SERVICEABLE AREAS
Address Change:
Shipping address changes are permitted ONLY before the order is dispatched. Once the order is handed over to the courier partner, address changes cannot be made under any circumstances.
Non-Serviceable Areas:
If a delivery location or pincode is found to be non-serviceable by our courier partners, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

6. SHIPPING CHARGES
Domestic Orders:
Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated at checkout based on order value, shipment weight, and delivery location.
International Orders:
International shipping charges are calculated based on destination country and shipment weight. Any customs duty, import tax, VAT, or local charges levied by the destination country must be paid by the customer.

7. FAILED DELIVERY & RTO (RETURN TO ORIGIN)
If a shipment is returned to us (RTO) due to:
* Incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer
* Customer unavailable or unreachable after multiple delivery attempts
* Delivery refusal by the customer
Delivery Attempts:
Delivery attempts and contact attempts made by the courier partner shall be considered valid proof of delivery effort.
Consequences:
* Shipping charges are NON-REFUNDABLE
* If a refund is requested, the refund amount will be calculated as:
Order Value – (Forward Shipping + Return Shipping + Packaging & Handling Costs)
* If re-shipping is requested, an additional re-shipping fee must be paid in advance

8. FORCE MAJEURE (EVENTS BEYOND CONTROL)
Pavi’s Food Products shall not be held responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
* Natural calamities (floods, heavy rains, earthquakes)
* Man-made disruptions (strikes, bandhs, riots)
* Government restrictions, lockdowns, or system failures
* Courier operational disruptions

9. DAMAGED, TAMPERED OR MISSING ITEMS
Inspection Rule:
If the outer shipping box appears crushed, torn, wet, leaking, or tampered with at the time of delivery, DO NOT ACCEPT the package. Request the courier to return it immediately.
Mandatory Unboxing Video:
If you accept the package, a clear, continuous, unedited unboxing video is mandatory for any claim related to internal damage, wrong items, or missing contents.
Claims related to missing items, damage, or tampering reported after delivery confirmation WITHOUT a valid unboxing video will NOT be entertained.

10. INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS & DUTIES
For international shipments:
* Customs duty, import tax, VAT, or any local charges imposed by the destination country must be paid by the customer
* Delays due to customs clearance are beyond our control
* If customs charges are refused and the shipment is destroyed or returned, NO refund will be issued
